ReadQuestions homeowners ask us
How is response time decided?
By which crew is closest and free when you call, and by the weather. Inside Seattle and the Eastside, arrival within a few hours is typical. Snohomish and Pierce are similar outside of commute windows. The Kitsap Peninsula depends on ferries and the Tacoma Narrows and Agate Pass bridges. In a regional storm every crew in the Sound is busy and the dispatcher will give you an honest window.
Do you serve the islands?
Bainbridge and Vashon when ferry schedules allow, with longer windows. Whidbey and the San Juans are outside the regular area; call and ask, because availability changes.
Water coming in somewhere in the Sound? Call.
Open 24 hours. One call reaches a Washington-registered restoration contractor serving Seattle and the four-county region. Nothing upfront on covered claims.
